Roof Replacement
We handle the whole replacement from permits to final inspection. Our Ute office pulls the permit, coordinates the dumpster, runs the crew, and schedules the building inspector. You sign the contract and we handle the rest.

We repair every type of roofing. Asphalt shingles, metal panels, flat membranes, tile. Our guys carry the materials on the truck. Most repairs are same-day once we're on site.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our Ute inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles with Scotchgard algae protection. Ideal for Iowa humidity. We also install Tamko Heritage laminated shingles for budget-conscious builds and Malarkey Vista AR with Flexor SBS polymer-modified asphalt for high-wind zones. Your installer should match your material choice to your climate, not just your budget.
Metal Roofing
Standing seam metal roofing with Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF finish. The coating that keeps color for 40+ years without fading or chalking. We install Sheffield Metals and McElroy Metal panels in 24-gauge Galvalume steel with concealed Z-clips. UL 2218 Class 4 impact resistance. UL 790 Class A fire rating. Wind uplift tested to ASTM E1592. The only roof you'll ever need in Ute.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Ute crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
PVC roofing membrane for Ute restaurants, commercial kitchens, and any rooftop near grease exhaust. PVC resists animal fats and chemical exposure that destroys TPO and EPDM. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with heat-welded seams and custom-fabricated accessories. Built-up roofing (BUR) with 3-4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt is still the longest-proven flat roof system with a 30+ year track record in Iowa.
Commercial Roofing
Modified bitumen (mod-bit) is still the best choice for high-traffic commercial roofs in Ute. We torch-apply SBS-modified base and cap sheets over properly primed concrete or approved decking. Two-ply mod-bit systems carry 20-year NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranties through GAF, Firestone, or Johns Manville. NRCA member. We follow the manual.
Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Ute. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.
Roof Inspection
Buying a home in Ute? Get an independent roof inspection before you close. Home inspectors look at the roof from the ground with binoculars. We get on it. Big difference.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
